This week on Friday Night Live audiences will be treated to a re-broadcast of the 2006 concert featuring Julian Banks Trio at the God’s Café, ANU Arts Centre.

Recorded by ArtSound FM volunteers as part of the annual “Jazz at the Gods” series, the program features the complete concert by this Australian modern Jazz Group. The Julian Banks Trio features Julian Banks (Sax), Damien Slingsby (Keyboard) and Sam Young (drums).

Friday Night Live features live performances of local and national jazz musicians. Concert will come to you live from the ArtSound recording studios and include pre-recorded concerts from venues around the Canberra region including the God’s Café, Canberra Southern Cross Club, the Street Theatre as well as some of the world’s top festivals.
